Q: My website deals with a particular market, will you research it if you are not familiar with the market?
A: Yes! We are experienced on a wide variety of subjects and business models, but if we do not know it, we will research it in advance to make sure your copy is top notch.
Q: Can you help me come up with ideas for my website?
A: Yes! We are in the ideas business. We will take whatever information you do have and use it to come up with quality information that will help your site become a powerful force on the internet.
Q: How many words do you include in 1 page?
A: We include typically 500 to 800 words per page, but will include more per your request. We are not tied to doing a certain amount of words per page; however we are aware that search engines prefer pages with 500 to 800 words on them.
Q: My website deals with direct marketing, and I am interested in getting a long copy sales page, can you do that?
A: Yes! We do Dan Kennedy style long copy website copy as well; simply contact us for a quote.
Q: How long does it take to receive the website copy once my order is placed?
A: Depending on the package you purchase our goal is to have all the copy back to you in 7 days or less.
Q: What format is my website content delivered in?
A: Your website content is delivered in MS WORD DOC files that are preformatted for website designers to use. We will highlight your words, bold them, underline them, and more in MS WORD. Your website staff should be able to work with this format easily to convert it into HTML.
Q: Will you do my website copy in HTML?
A: No, we are not website builders, we are only writers. All website content is delivered in MS WORD format.
Q: I have several websites; can I order more than 1 package?
A: Yes! Order as many packages as you like, we are happy to work with you on all your projects.
Q: I am interested in putting media on my website. Can you help me with that?
A: While we can not produce the media for your website such as a video or audio file, we can help to write copy that accompanies it, and give you suggestions as to what tools to use to create the files for free.
Q: Can you do content for blog websites?
A: Yes, we will be happy to do blog content, feel free to purchase either package, and in the new client form just let us know your site is a blog, and we will write the content in a blog friendly format.
